Statistics:
There were 22 graduates with B.A. degrees in 2003 out of a possible 24-one did not complete examinations due to wedding and another dropped out due to personal reasons. So it was a 96% result compared with 100% in 2002. A total of 45 students have graduated from MHKWC in the first two graduating classes in 2002 and 2003.
Ceremony Details:
The chief guest at the commencement was Shri Hanuman Prasad,
Member, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and Commissioner for Scheduled Castes and
Scheduled Tribes. A retired IAS officer, he had previously served as
Chairman of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
Other guests at the 2003 graduation ceremony were Mrs. Kiran Soni-Gupta,
IAS, Commissioner, Command Area Development and Colonisation, Bikaner; Mr.
Madhukar Gupta, IAS, Commissioner, Bikaner Division and Vice Chancellor,
Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner; Professor K.L. Kamal, former Vice
Chancellor, University of Rajasthan; Professor S.N. Mishra, Charman, Society for
Economic and Social research, Delhi and former Director of the Institute of
Economic Growth, Delhi; Dr. Robert Isaak, Professorof International Business,
Pace University, USA;
Dr. (Mrs.) Gudrun Isaak, Professor of German, Fordham University, USA; Dr.
Narain Sinha, Professor of Economics, University of Rajasthan, among others.
Dr. Surendra K. Kaushik, Professor of Finance, Pace University, USA and
Founder-Chairman of the college presided over the awards and graduation
ceremonies conducted in full academic regalia.
