The College Seeks Your Support
To help the College, and thus the women of India, we welcome: donations of books and other items; student and faculty exchanges; and visits by American faculty, entrepreneurs, executives, women’s groups, and others. Your contribution will help lift out of poverty young women in a poor rural community in India. It will allow these women to fulfill their potential in Indian society. According to studies of the economic development of developing countries, there is no better investment than educating women. Moreover, a dollar has 12.5 times more purchasing power in India than in the US-a comparable sq. ft. of space costs $20 in India and $250 in the US.
Mrs. Helena Kaushik Women’s College is a non-profit institution funded mainly by supporters in the United States and India. Make your tax-deductible contribution of cash, securities, and assets and services in kind.
